Gamgort Elected Keurig Dr Pepper Chairman – HomeWorld Business

Keurig Dr Pepper CEO Bob Gamgort has been elected as the company’s executive chairman of the board.

He takes the role from current chairman Bart Becht, who is stepping down from the board in conjunction with his retirement from JAB, Keurig Dr Pepper’s controlling shareholder.

The company’s board of directors also appointed Fabien Simon, JAB’s recently named partner and CFO, as a director, assuming Becht’s seat on the Keurig Dr Pepper board. Simon most recently was CFO of Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), where he led the company’s M&A strategy and helped oversee the integration of the coffee business of Mondelez into Douwe Egberts to create JDE.
