YOUNGSTOWN — Bishop David Bonnar of the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown has appointed Justin Huyck as coordinator of media relations for the Diocese efficient Sept. 1.

Huyck was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and was raised in New York.
