Host Resorts and Resorts Inc. stated WeWork’s chief government is resigning from its board of administrators.
Sandeep Mathrani is departing as a director of the resort chain’s board as a result of “he won’t be able to proceed to commit ample time and a spotlight to Host as a result of elevated time commitments related along with his function as chief government officer of WeWork and different directorships,” Host stated in a securities submitting.
Mr. Mathrani took excessive government place at WeWork in February of final 12 months from then co-CEOs Artie Minson and Sebastian Gunningham. They had been appointed to that function after WeWork founder Adam Neumann stepped down from the CEO job in September 2019.
