Now the London mayor Sadiq Khan has accused the Govt of “weaponising” air pollutants – days ahead of his plan to extend the town’s Extremely Low Emission Zone comes into impact.
From Tuesday, the ULEZ will come with all 32 London boroughs, making it the most important anti pollutants charging zone on this planet.
