Alphawave buys Israeli chipmaker Banias Labs for $240m


Alphawave IP Team percent (LSE: AWE) has introduced the purchase of Israeli ultra-high-speed chipmaker Banias Labs for $240 million. Primarily based in Hod Hasharon, Banias Labs develops optical Virtual Sign Processing (DSP) chips for information facilities.
