Fast Bread & Butter Pickles

Those crunchy candy fast pickles are made on your subsequent cheese board, sandwich or just snacking on.

Substances

  • 630 grams pickling cucumbers, sliced into 1/4″ thick cash 5 cups sliced
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 cups thinly sliced candy or yellow onion 1/2 massive

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
